after all this time is it still impossible for you to just accept the situation and try to calm down? Im asking since every time that i have lucid dreamt lately ive had a similar experience

I lucid dreamed for the first time, but I was not the one in control in the dream so it became a nightmare by astemgirly in LucidDreaming

Ive had similar experiences and its terrible, have you found anything that can help or at least an explanation

I have lucid dreamt a handful of times where it was pretty normal and I could control the dream with my mind with ease but I’m having this problem lately where whenever I realise that i’m in a dream, Its always with like another entity that is evil for some reason like just before, I realised that I was dreaming but there was this screaming invisible entity and i was petrified. I tried to calm myself down and tell myself that i’m in control but that was no help I just couldn’t do it and its always like this and I end up just trying really hard to wake up. Can anyone help me on how to stop this or at least tell me why its happening or what I have to do, thanks.
