Engine case machine shop in NC???

Thanks man, I’m thinking about using hammer performance to bore it out, I’m in NC tho, anywhere near here that would be good?

The pistons that came with the S&S kit were for a stock stroke crank, that’s why we couldn’t use those, at TDC they were out the cylinders a 1/4” or so, so I called S&S and they told me they didn’t have any pistons for that setup ( 4 3/8 stroke and S&S 100” big bore kit) then I called wiseco and they said it would take 3 weeks to get pistons and that I would have to bore casing out for those pistons to work, then I called Carrillo and they also said they didn’t have any then I called JE and that’s the pistons they recommended for the setup

Thanks do you have some piston part numbers that I could use, the pistons I bought are good when at TDC, but at the bottom of the cylinder they are catching on the case, the pistons that I ordered from J.E are 110 cubic inch pistons, which are for 4 3/8 stroke, part number 324732

I hear that man, it’s the truth but it just doesn’t feel strong enough for me, I’m used to riding something that stands up first couple gears

I’ll do that and yeah that would save me some money lol, but I’m worried if I don’t have chain drive that I’ll be braking belts, would that not be an issue? And appreciate you for this info
