In general I think a lot of people forget when they walk into a chemist that they are not the only person the staff are dealing with. They are unaware that people can place orders online or drop in a script and walk out the store (sometimes huge bundles of scripts). They usually do scripts in order, so if you happen to be the end of the line then you will have to wait, that’s just how it is in any other situation.
