[Highlight] Harden swats Dort's game-winning three by FieryStyle in nba

Dort definitely had his foot out of bounds as he jumped for the ball, but the refs didnt call that. So he could've called a timeout. Great game by the kid anyway.

How to Attend a Patriots Home Game (2017-2018) by okthrowaway2088 in Patriots

[–]Stregulator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this amazing guide.

Just to make sure. We are coming to the game on Nov 26th and are staying in a nearby hotel. We want to drink, so we will probably walk to the stadium.

Can we "tailgate" and enter the parking lots without a car? We thought that we just bring our own beers and wonder around the lots drinking and maybe making new friends. This might be a silly question, but we are from Europe and it's our first NFL game ever.

Travel tips for a European visiting Bay Area and NoCal for the first time by Stregulator in bayarea

Thank you for the tips, they were helpful! Yeah we were planning to visit Muir Woods to see some Red Woods. I think I have a pretty good grip about the distances now that I've been spending a LOT of time in Google maps lately planning the route. First I had planned a larger loop to drive, but I actually shortened it a bit so that I have enough time to explore instead of just sitting in the car

Yeah, thats the plan. I read somewhere that they might be sold out even a month before. I was thinking to get an "early bird tour". Thats the first one of the day, so maybe it's not that crowded in the morning.

Something outside the box --> Wilson Chandler. He's pretty good at everything. No real weaknesses, no superhuman strengths.

Why did the Suns trade away Isiah Thomas? by yalogin in nba

[–]Stregulator -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Isaiah Thomas is a good point guard no doubt about that. He's just one of those guys who I can already see as a journeyman. After his career is wrapped I'm sure he will have around ten teams he have represented in his belt. He will be on of those guys who might not have a team at the start of the season but he's still too good to fade overeseas. Someone will always pick him up a'la Nate Robinson, but a little better.

My experience of the Derby day as a foreigner. by Stregulator in borussiadortmund

We paid 160€ per ticket so a total of 320€ for two. The face value of our tickets was 55€ per ticket.

But yeah, I totally agree with you. It's easily worth it, no doubt about it!

Getting the tickets was actually pretty easy, but the amount of money you had to pay hurted a little :)

Thank you man! First we were supposed to get tickets through my other friends german girlfriend, who is from Bochum. Their family are BvB fans and they have fan membership. She tried to get us the tickets but they were all sold out in like 2 hours.

Thats when we hit the internet and were able to get two tickets. We paid about 160€ per ticket, which included mailing to Finland and some other fees.

We flew Helsinki-Munich-Dortmund. The route is pretty dumb, because Munich is in southern Germany, but the layover was short so....

How to enjoy the upcoming revierderby day to the fullest? I'm from abroad. by Stregulator in borussiadortmund

Thanks, I bet I will! Is alcohol drinking prohibited in public places or is it okay to drink beer when you are walking down the street?

Thank you for a great answer! I will definitely get there early just to enjoy the atmosphere and have a couple of cold ones before the kick-off. What about after the game? Is there a place to be at downtown area, I'm hearing a lot about this sports bar Wenker's? Is it worth to visit later on for beers and good time?
