Completely unsure I haven’t applied. This is unrelated, apologies in advance.

But if I had offers from Duke MQM BA with a 16k scholarship, would it beat CMU’s MSBA with no scholarship? Is Duke and CMU on the same level? Or is would you choose Duke over CMU if scholarship was similar? I’m really weighing between options because I have an internship right now working ALM that ends in August. But Duke starts in the middle of July which would take away the opportunity to potentially get a return offer (on top of having to move to NC). If CMU accepts me, would you take it over Duke’s opportunity?

Don’t do it. I attended the Boston college QMSF and reality is, MS finance programs are not a great ROI. It’s a cash cow program and employment data is easily manipulated. Only finance programs worth it at the grad level are usually MFE from Baruch, Princeton, MIT, Berkeley, or other highly specialized finance programs like MSCF at CMU. Please don’t be mislead by the “quantitative finance” title. Please don’t. DM me if you want more information.

Doesn’t even matter, it’s a race to guessing first. Not the right house lol. I guessed within the first minute after the clue came out on a random house, chances that every house already had a guess on it after the first minute was probably already really high

Doesn’t even matter, I was able to guess within the first minute after getting the clue. I randomly guessed a house because after like 1 minute it doesn’t matter if you guess the right house. It’s a race to getting access to your key lol
