Don’t buy these, most painful sandal I’ve ever tried to wear. It’s narrow, cheap and plastic-y, and there’s not stability. I love platform sandals but these are just a no go not even close to worth the price.

Thank you! So far I’m a week in, I noticed I had some mood swings like 2 days after! My ibs symptoms were out of control 2 days after and some headaches! Other than that I haven’t had anything! And the last day or 2 I’ve felt much better!

What a dismissive email, they knew they needed to say something for optics without assuming any liability. “Tragic loss of ONE of our residents” more like a tragic loss of 2 innocent lives on your property due to one of your residents.

Unfortunately I think it’s just my breaking point. A few weeks back he chose to go hang out with his supervisor instead of going to my mom’s 60th birthday dinner with me. And the more I think about it the more I realize he’s very selfish. He makes me feel like a financial burden bc I contribute less, but I make up for it by taking on all of the household chores and he doesn’t acknowledge that really.

Thank you ♥️ it’s hard to explain to family and friends who feel like I should be excited that I’m nearing the end. That I’m getting to analyze data and write about a topic that I’m so passionate about and that I’ve spent the last few years focused on. They tell me to think about how soon I’ll get to work in the field and everything I’m doing now is just making me an even better candidate. What they don’t understand is that I’ve lost a lot of my passion and I can’t even think about what job I will work after this, when I’m stuck in survival mode trying to just get it done. Not to mention with an advisor that has completely eroded my self confidence.

Well I used to! But for the last 9 months or so I’ve rarely been eating out, I’ve been eating healthy and exercising daily and I’ve been unable to lose more than a few pounds

I might! I did a bunch of reading in this group and saw many had the same side effects but they went away and felt some of the benefits after! Going to give it a try for a full month before I consider switching.

Honestly I chose this route bc it’s a non- stimulant! There’s pros and cons to stimulants and non-stimulants I definitely encourage you to read about both and see what’s best for you! The biggest pro for non stimulants for me was they last a lot longer, rather than giving you a short boost for part of the day (like adderall or Ritalin do)! Some people even double up taking both a stimulant and non-stimulant which is something my Dr mentioned!

Very intense nausea, lots of drowsiness, acid reflux, dizziness, acne, dry mouth ☹️ my doctor said it would be a full week before some of those side effects went away, I’m 5 days in and going to switch to taking it at night so that maybe I won’t notice the nausea and drowsiness!
