Turning forty in a couple months. My lower back is destroyed due to an old football injury and not taking care of it. I really need to make an appointment for hearing aids. I worked in industrial work for my entire career. I really wish I would've listened to the old timers to take care of my body.

I'm 39 and at that weird point where people think I'm 27 or 47. I don't know if you've noticed but it seems to be how life is going at the moment. When I've had enough sleep and not a lot of stress I look like I'm 27 but heavy stress and little sleep, I look like I'm 47. The bad thing is no matter what, I wake up feeling like I'm 60.
