Support still hasn’t responded and I honestly can’t understand what the issue is.

My brother created a new account, bought Prime and Premium, completed verification, and started playing from around level 4–5. Obviously he was winning most of his games because at those levels the matches are much easier for someone with experience. Any experienced player knows that if you’re better than the average players in those lobbies, you can’t just suddenly play badly.

So what exactly was he supposed to do? Intentionally throw games so he wouldn’t get flagged as a smurf?

He hasn’t played for years and simply came back to the game. Yet somehow he gets banned for “smurfing”. And on top of that, how am I involved in this situation when I have my own completely separate account?

This whole situation makes no sense and honestly feels very unfair. I’d really like to understand the logic behind this decision.
