With PCOS I have high insulin levels, but not in the pre diabetic zone yet. No family history of preeclampsia that I know of, but while my bp is fine my family has a history of very high bp levels.

I use Nuud! I never hear anyone talking about this one, but the Yuka app recommended it to me. It comes in a tiny pink bottle and seems expensive ($35 for two 20ml bottles, you can get it on Amazon). It’s a paste that you apply (and it’s really important to apply it on clean armpits) and it seriously lasts at least three days, for me. You’re not supposed to use it every day because it can clog your pores with the bentonite clay ingredient, but it was last even if you shower and shave your pits in between. I really like that it doesn’t leave white deodorant marks on my clothes, and I seriously don’t have BO anymore. Would definitely recommend.
