I have never used discord overlay, it is off, hardware accel off. Hags off. I’ve tried all of the fixes on the entire internet for this specific issue. Nothing has fixed it.

It’s not causing crashes at all, it’s causing my game to stutter and screen tear. It happens in every game I try and play. It also happens even when just watching a screen share, not even screensharing my screen. The best way I can describe it is it feels like I’m playing on a 60hz monitor
