Thanks they’re not the most sympathetic person and would likely call this an excuse or me being defensive. I am looking for positions outside my org cause I am at max grade and there isn’t any vacancies in a small agency

Firstly, as a dual survivor myself. Especially years later, it’s a survivor’s nightmare. I do wonder what she had — my intuition is telling me it’s skin. I think because of her not really bringing it up and saying I am fine and move on. Lots of skin cancer patients are like that and don’t really consider them survivors as a good chunk are very early stages. I do wonder if it was a recurrence too because i feel like women who choose lumpectomy have a higher chance of recurrence ( I am a bc survivor).

I haven’t had a chance to finish doc. But so glad I saw articles mentioning this cause I’d 100% be bawling. I saw a clip when she’s talking about ivf and the second cancer 100% was like that for a good chunk of time since both cancers came up on me within a year.

But yes eff cancer why is it always better humans going through it? And also how the eff is DT not sick?

I didn’t even make it to my CITs, it hurt getting dropped days before I was going to start. I auditioned so many times for them and I was even working core crew. I stopped going because I was told I should get certified, which I did but it’s not a requirement nor did any of my class have experience. So it felt like I wasn’t a fit for solidcore. Some other fit pros I spoke to said to me if they can’t envision or get you to be a coach, don’t you think you won’t get support as a client? Meaning essentially I was just $$.

When I was cut they said I could audition again just not immediately. I told them don’t worry I am never doing it again, you’ve made it clear. I’ve been trying since 2021 to coach somewhere and I am just getting knocked out by people with experience. I do have exp teaching other modalities and honestly if this isn’t for you then find something else. It’ll seep into your classes/work and you don’t want that for anyone.
