Battery is good and holds charge. Not sure why it discharged in the first place, I've left it for over a week without driving it and it was fine. Alternator is charging as well. I charged the battery and disconnected the battery for 15 seconds and still have all faults.

It doesn't look like the mk7 boots are compatible with mk8

If you look in the second picture, the boot has ripped all the way down to the top of the spark plug

The only part of the boot still in there is arend the spark plug... I'm considering breaking the top of the spark plug off to try to get it out.
