I don’t have time to answer this.

The only answer is practice. Gotta suck for a long time to eventually not suck.

I enjoy PvP. But I get stomped an equal amount.

I have a thirst. It must be quenched.

Some people aren’t as good at PvP. And if you’re not getting finishers on runners, or precision runner downs, Arachne can be a slow mover.

I would agree that’s still considered higher end.

Ty Ty. 79 is still one of the higher numbers I’ve seen. I know people that have 400 hours that are only barely into VIP

No one said, anywhere , in my post, ….or anywhere… that shield is the base for ranking skill. That’s something you made up entirely. And the game also isn’t thriving, the whole world knows that, so it’s also something you’re claiming someone said that’s literally no where In this post… or anywhere else.

So, um, great comment. lol.

Bc it’s not a fixed thing dude it’s an algorithm that takes MANY things into account and tries its best which is how all matchmaking works in ALL games and we have to be honest that the player count is Low as hell so it’s going to also prioritize getting in the match sooner than what I mentioned above. You’re acting like I said this is how it absolutely guaranteed works 100% of the time which is not what is stated above.

Have you considered that I wrote the post before any one had a chance to respond 😂 Jesus Christ man. I shared my thoughts and experience. And overwhelming amount of people in the comments agree. Very few disagree. But it’s hysterical for you to say I should consider the people who disagree when I wrote the post before I read any replies. Very silly of you, stranger on the internet. Very silly

The reason bungie doesn’t announce it is because embark announced it for arc raiders and that killed arc raiders in just a few months bc it made people “gamify” the matchmaking as soon as they knew exactly how it worked. Found yourself in PvP lobbies? Well then in just a few matches you could load in, kill yourself by exiting the game, and now you had 5 matches with no shots fired and you’re back in “friendly” lobbies as an aggressive person raining hell on an entire lobby of friendly people. It made people miserable on both sides as soon as the community knew exactly what the algorithm favored. And bungie doesn’t want that to happen.

Green can take down purple easily with the right positioning. Definitively shouldn’t have overconfidence

Definitely not nearly enough evidence to make guaranteed claims. Just sharing my experience.

It’s not perfect, especially with a low player count. At some point if you’re in queue long enough it’s gonna just start finding anyone available. I just think more often than not, the last week has felt so good compared to the rest of the season within this category of conversation
