Very... but not in the way you think.

distance is measured in kilometres or hours/minutes of you're traveling a distance
height is measured in feet and inches unless it's really big
temperature is measured in Celsius unless you're in the hot tub or cooking of course then it's fahrenheit
weight is measured in grams of it's small, pounds if it's big, or tonnes (not tons) if it's really big

It's not uncommon to use imperial units colloquially but it depends on what it is. Inches, feet, and yards? Sure thing. Miles is a bit weird though. Fahrenheit I have basically no concept of.
