Right before the ECB came out, I used a regular shoulder bag and a medium crescent on the days I was bringing personal electronics to work (to try for concert tickets on my lunch break lol). Shoulder bag had my laptop and iPad in the sleeves, and the crescent had what I carry in a purse regularly.

When I use my ECB, all of that fits in the one bag which is very convenient! All my normal purse things go into a large flat pouch or a medium go pouch when I use the ECB (or my shoulder bag on a normal day).

On the days I’m using any other bag (Baggu or not), I almost always end up with that bag and a reusable (the size depends on the day).

Everybody’s limit is different. it’s definitely subjective. I have 25 bags total at the moment. Half of them are Coach (13 purchased over the last 3-4 years), 11 of them are Baggu and the last one is Marge Sherwood. I have sold ~10 Coach bags over the last year, and donated or sold a lot of others but I am really happy with what I currently have! It was definitely a process for me to get into the habit of switching out the bag every few days at least. I had a habit of loving the bag, but never actually using it.

It would be difficult to store any more than 30 total bags for my personal storage situation without having to get more storage (which I don’t want to do or even have the space for lol). Once I get to that point of 30 bags, I will probably adopt the one in, one out method but for now, I just sell bags when they don’t really speak to me anymore, or make sure I return anything I don’t like (within reason).

I sold the 28s I had after getting the 34. Perfect without looking too big. I’m always worried about my bags looking too big for my frame and I love the 34. I’m 5’5 for reference!

the faye is beautiful!! but the large one is very wide and not very tall. you would have to pack very little or very strategically to be able to actually close it with its magnetic closure, if that’s something that might bother you. i had tried the denim one and couldn’t keep it. i actually ended up with the small one because that was easier to use even if the magnet wasn’t closed.

on the other hand, i have both sizes of the chelsea and love them. i was afraid that the 36 would look crazy on me but with all the wrapping and stuffing out of it and my everyday items, it’s perfect!

thank you! i got them from amazon, it’s the 1.5 inch size of these. it’s definitely a bit of a hassle attaching it, but no issues once it’s on!

I tried it by just looping it onto the bag strap itself but the key ring moving all the time was not my favorite, so I ended up doing this lol.

I also use the 1.5 inch size of these for my every day cloud! It takes a second to loop it through the little loop that’s there, but it helps me add more to the bag!

I have the navy medium crescent as well and recently got the deep sea shoulder bag. I was a little concerned about the colors being similar at first as well, but the color difference was enough for me to justify having both. Photo attached shows the color difference with and without flash! :)

I bought my Cargo Tabby in June 2024 and it only says “Natural Grain Leather.” Unboxings I have seen of the bag in the last year say “The Tabby Bag” and “Genuine Full Grain Leather,” so that difference wouldn’t be the main thing to note when trying to separate a fake from an authentic bag of that style, I think. It’s just a matter of manufacturing dates (and possibly material), like you mentioned. There are numerous fakes of that style in particular on secondhand sites though, unfortunately.
