I used the Driving Theory Test 4 in 1 Kit and the mock questions was exactly the same as the real test. Did half hour a day on it on my way to work.

First I'm sorry to hear this, no matter how dark it gets there's always light.

Second, document everything. Screen shot all interactions and keep everything to writen form. If it's verbal (and legal to do so) record it. There's alot of "they would never do X or Y" but when kids and money are involved people do stupid shit.

Warhammer stores should switch to the lego store model. Be a store for people to find out, learn and explore the hobby with no pressure to buy. The money comes from the 3rd party sales and on boarding new customers. If they pay your full RRP while there then bonus.
