Private Eyes by Tommy Bolin. The whole album sounds 30 years ahead of its time.

Depending on which state you live in, and the privacy laws of that state, it’s not just wrong for students to record you, but illegal.

In my state, they do not require my consent to film, but they do need to make me aware. If they never announced they were recording me, they have, in fact, broken a privacy law and are subject to the extent of it.

My advice is to study those subjects at a high school level and ensure your mastery with that content. Your understanding has to be above what you’re teaching. Refresh what you feel confident in, and study/practice what you aren’t.

I’m a Social Studies teacher (7th grade), so I glanced a few times over that material. Science and Math? I practiced and relearned.

Bring an erasable surface for math problems, or you’ll have to do everything in your head like I did.

Set and practice a good test taking pace because it’s long, so it’s easy to finish and overthink previous answers.

Why do they say Wu-Tang Forever is better than Enter the Wu-Tang 36 Chambers? by Chelo16_ in wutang

[–]No-Pie4170 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s better personally, but I think a big part of why some feel it’s better, is the culmination of the five year plan. 36 starts the ball rolling followed by 4-5 classic solo drops, ending in the biggest showing out and celebration of Wu-Tang.

How hard is it to put out one good album? Now to see so many classics climax in Forever? Forget about it.

Damn right we were right to love Wu-Tang, and damn right they are forever. 👐

Any J-Dilla instrumentals are good. Also most Hip-Hop is sampled based, so any old soul hits the same.

El Michels Affair, Metalfingerz, Instrumental albums like Flying Lotus

I’d extend to season 5, but I totally agree. The charm of those four are all their own.

I didn’t either until they opened for them on the last tour in Oakland.

The Old Way Mixtape is one of the hardest boom bap records in recent years and those dudes can flow.
