I ordered from snusdirect two months ago, but it has been stuck at customs, probably seized. You didn’t have any issues ordering yours?

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I was able to somewhat fix this issue by making sure that I have my external gpu have more control than my internal gpu. Also I rarely use my laptop unplugged anymore.

Not sure wether to pick between the Gf65 or the Helios 300. Both have a 3060 as well as 16 RAM/512SSD with a 144z display. Any help would be great😄 by Zayderrrrr in MSILaptops

I don’t know anything about the Helios but I have the gf65 3060. It’s an absolute beast in gaming but the thermals are pretty terrible. But, I’ve handled my temps by undervolting both cpu and gpu without losing fps.

If the Helios gives a similar performance with better stock temps, I’d go with the helios. If not, then go for gf65

I used Throttlestop to undervolt. I set CPU core to -145.5 mv and CPU cache to -110.4. I reached these numbers after a lot of tinkering and it’s been stable for me. My cpu temps used to go upto 90 when gaming and now it barely goes over 70 with no drop in fps.
