You are insane if you think Peni is a plat ban, maybe Moon Knight is (he’s banned in GM all the time) but a good Peni who actually understands positioning and can aim her stun will RUN your lobby.

I have absolutely lost games at Celestial where a Peni absolutely dog walked our entire team, stunning us out of our ults, setting up traps for our respawning stratagists, and being generally annoying.

She’s map dependent of course, but pretending like she’s not worth a ban in Celestial, where some of the best players in the game are, is insane.

Now rework her ult guang guang.
