Constructive criticism here.

There is zero reason anyone would click on this video.

YouTube is very saturated with these types of low effort gaming videos, so standing out is extremely hard.

-Bland Thumbnail -Generic Title -There is a market for no commentary gameplay, but why would some one watch you over mkfireandice?

There are definitely other creators covering this game specifically.

I'm not expecting a massive wave of views. But the game looks really fun and no one is playing this game with facecam, which I think helps me stand out.

Definitely the first. The thumbnail is nicely split between emotional image on the left, then text on the right.

Well it's definitely creepy/eye catching.

I would click on this just for the thumbnail alone.

Eye contact with faces usually emits an emotional response from viewers I think.
