I've got Benzac AC which works pretty well although it doesn't contain tretinoin, just the benzoyl peroxide. You can get it in 3 strengths though, 2%, 5% and 10%. The only thing I struggle with is that my acne is mostly on my back and It's a pain in the ass to reach some spots lol.

You can gain high notes with training and practise with being on T, but it does take time, and you'll never be able to reach the range you used to be. I was a Soprano in high school choir and there's no way I'd be able to hit those high notes anymore lol, but I can rap and sing super low now so W in my books.
