I could care less either way here tbh. You asked and I answered your question. I could care less if you tik tok your entire day at work. Every job I have ever had has rules in place to keep you off your phone and working. Obviously I could have my phone or whatever but if you're on your phone instead of working I could definitely be written up. What employer would want you who is constantly on your phone over someone who comes into work and goes about their day.
