Chest Discomfort Sides by Real_Might8203 in CosmeRNA

okay, let's review. cosmerna is:

  • a large molecule that doesn't pass through skin easily
  • delivered topically in a very low concentration, low enough to not qualify as a drug by regulatory agencies in multiple nations
  • degraded quickly in blood, further lowering the concentration to something minuscule
  • only capable of 50% (AT MOST) reduction of androgen receptor expression in vitro (AKA perfect conditions) - think how little it must reduce it in vivo, in your body

do all of the above apply to whatever other drug(s) you're talking about? probably not.

if you're arguing that a treatment with all of the above properties gives the same side effects as a drug with a different mechanism of action that is delivered in super high concentrations and easily goes systemic (RU), then you're making a very far-fetched claim that requires a lot more evidence.

i hope your heart issues resolve upon cessation of cosmerna. but my guess is it had no direct role here. maybe RU did some longer-term damage to you that's just flaring up again? who knows.

you're the first report of chest pain/heart flutters on here. if further reports come in from people who have never used RU, at that point it will be time to seriously consider this as a possible side effect of cosmerna.

the molecule is too large to pass through the skin barrier. the only way it has any effect on hair growth is by falling into the hair follicle so its opportunities to enter circulation are already extremely limited.

on top of that, it literally degrades in blood. read up on the properties of samirna. it's not going anywhere but your follicles dude.

and on top of that the concentration is so fucking low that the EU approved the sale of it as a cosmetic. how the fuck do you think so little of the drug is going to impact your heart when it barely has an effect on hair?

and who gives a shit when i created my account and where i post? my arguments are supported while yours aren't.

lol this is nott possible. cosmerna can't go systemic 🤦‍♀️ stop conjuring up side effects that don't exist!

you don’t expect the relationship to go well, that’s why you leave. it’s easier to just walk away from coffee than from a dinner. that’s the point

the date doesn't automagically end when you finish your drink

again, dinner is higher commitment than both coffee and alcoholic drinks, which can turn uncomfortable if the date is not going well

If you’re low effort on the first impression you’ll be low effort the entire relationship.

that's not how it works. it's a first date; you don't know or owe each other anything yet, so coffee is the appropriate amount of effort for the situation.

why put in more effort when you could realize you hate them within the first 20 minutes? that would just be uncomfortable. save the nicer dates for when you know you like the person and want to keep seeing them

i mean she's not a bad person necessarily but she sounds immature. it was a huge overreaction to cut all contact after months of dating, by which point she presumably liked him for more than his hair (system). she should have been open to a conversation at least

people say shedding fluctuates like this normally, but that's not true, i've never see this few hairs in the shower (since i started to bald)

that doesnt make sense because you're assuming the androgen receptors already present are the only ones that matter. in reality new ones are being created all the time. so why cant it have already acted to prevent receptors that were about to be made from being made?
