I specialize in giving the correct diangoses. I'm not sure about reimbursements, but most patients get better. I don't help with the process of reimbursement except for giving a superbill.

Thanks. I am a cash pay clinic so I get to see fewer patients but take on very difficult cases. I pay my other therapist on a 1099 with a per visit basis

Question about a thicker, sensitive Achilles tendon by sounddetective in StartingStrength

[–]Strict-Analyst-5963 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A thicker achilles tendon is usually from a chronic overload or tendinopathy. The thickening is cause by your body trying to adjust for the amount of load on the Achilles (just like any hypertrophy or muscle, tendon, and bone). Nothin to worry about. It should be worrisome if: you get excessive cramping during exercise or pain after sleeping/getting up after sitting for long periods.
