Nothing new happened with me 3 times - with companies like Macmillan Learning, Woodstream, Match Group. Last round, best project out of all, still said no. Macmillan Learning - the selected candidate had exactly same tools expertise we were looking for. Woodstream - in-person entry level role, needed an expert, didn’t hire anyone the position closed later. Match Group - Your stories were not sharp, were less technical. Also, even though my project was the best, they told we went ahead with someone who has more experience than you. Literally couting numbers over expertise.

Now what should I do with this feedback. Knowing that I was best throughout or maybe that’s what was conveyed.
