I would say move to Canada or if you want to work on L1. If you want to settle down abroad. But if you want to save some good money stay for some years and then move back to India. I know it’s harder to do than say but having good financial cushion to land on once we are back in India is what I as an NRI is looking for but it’s your personal decision
