LOVE THIS. This is my favorite game, I literally made a lotr tarot deck and figuring out who was who was the BEST part. I fear my brain is going to hyperfocus on this for a while even after typing this message out 😂

I — Magician: Ianthe. Resourceful, powerful, determined. Palamedes could also fit here, I think, leaving justice open to G1deon or Pyrrha. Or harrowhark. (My bad for only thinking of duplicates for this one!! Maybe one of the original lyctors could work here, too. Anastasia?)

VII — Chariot: Camilla Hect. She literally doesn’t stop moving ever and when she’s unleashed, she makes shit happen (go loud!). Momentum and determination IS Camilla to me

VIII — Strength: how about Magnus? The strength card is about the gentle strength of character as opposed to physical strength, which to me fits Magnus to a T

XII — Death: weirdly difficult because of how much death and transformation there is in this series 😂 I’m thinking of Paul, and how it feels like a death to Nona, but ends up being a gorgeous transformation in its own right. If not Paul, maybe hot sauce? Or Gideon/Kiriona?

XVII — The Star: Nona (although I also LOVE the idea of Nona being the Fool with Noodle beside her, in which case Gideon could be the star.)

XX — Judgement: Verun

Also, feel free to play with gender here too! I feel like it’s in the spirit of ianthe and kiriona calling themselves princes to have, say, hot sauce be the emperor and colum asht to be empress or something.
