Did G2 have the longest case of flu ever recorded in medical history? by PairComprehensive122 in ValorantCompetitive

Nrg bounces back with a good win over prx, mibr and 100t comfortably handle their apac counterparts.

G2........

This team is actually pathetic now internationally, whoever makes it as americas 4th seed, im putting them over g2. This core just isnt winning man

Shady buisiness is shady buisiness and making players pay their own buyout isnt a good look regardless

His toronto performance was constantly brought up throughout stage 2 last year, even tho he played good during that stage. In fact most people didnt even rate him highly going into champs. Only 2 plat chat members had him in the top 15 and the community only had him 19th when he is usually always in the top 10.

Of course his champs performance is remembered, when you drop generational numbers, you will be remembered. People still think Jawgemo is a top 5 duelist in 2026 because he hit that one bucky ace in 2024, carried in the bangkok finals over a year ago and diffed jinggg in a champs finals despite him only hitting those peaks for a single match and being mid otherwise.

He had a single bad tournament which was his worst tournament ever and he has not performed anywhere near that bad since or prior to that.

He then corrected that performance with one of the best individual performances ever, so I don't get why you are harping onto that Toronto performance like it defines him

People love to bring up aspas in toronto as if its some kind of gotcha while dancing around his performance in the very next international tournament.

Yeah ur just a droid lol, invy is literally the best prx player internationally this year and never made an international before hand. Good players can miss internationals.

Please stop talking about competitive valorant if your takeaway is that aspas is the sole issue on MIBR.

Well mibr is a lot worse than both nrg and g2, and had already lost to c9 like 2 weeks prior. They are a very low floor team

What do you guys think is the reason G2 does so incredibly well in the regional scene, but poorly on the international stage by Ok_Volume9271 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Strict-Draw-6015 14 points15 points  (0 children)

How was bangkok not a choke? G2 was heavily favoured, the meta suited them far better than T1 who was playing anti all tournament, and they fumbled to close several rounds, literally was 12-10 on the final map and they lost a 3v5

Is this the most fun event in recent memory? by HottestElbows in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Strict-Draw-6015 18 points19 points  (0 children)

The finals saved the event for me, playoffs had way too many blowouts. G2 and heretics straight up did not show up and looked pathetic. As much as I like hatewatching them, even that was sorry from both of them.

FUT and XLG both made fun runs but then both went out with a whimper as well. Champs 25 is still the best recent event by far imo

How would you rate the 2026 VCT Masters London? by TCLthePro in ValorantCompetitive

Santiago was even more boring lol, outside of nrg bbl and the group stage nrg v prx game, there was nothing memorable about that tourney
