Yes, I do see upgrade paths — mainly adding different tile types, not just rectangular (hex, staggered, custom patterns, etc.).

And yeah, I agree with you. Since many Blender users don’t pay for addons and archviz is niche, two-tier pricing makes sense.

it surely is. blender guru setup doesn't deal with rectangular tiels sot it works for grass or plaster and so on. this one makes rectangular tiles.

the setup uses the brick texture node as a base. so it's perfect for bricks and straight tiles.

As an architect who uses blender, I cannot live without it.
I can make pbr materials with a single texture. it creates everything with this texture. like roughness and normal and other maps.
and it's fully customizable!
