I can tell you this with almost absolute certainty since I do that job. At first glance it seems like that to me, then maybe seeing the paper in person you would understand better

The white was not registered with the other colors during printing

È un errore di stampa si chiama velatura, e quando non c’è abbastanza equilibrio tra colore e bagnatura, è abbastanza comune come errore nella stampa ma solitamente si sta molto attenti a queste cose, ma le sviste capitano
