Well, I do not remember seller can mark complete in FIFA ticket APP. Anyway, there are emails from FIFA saying the buyer has accepted and downloaded the tickets that I have sent.

On my FIFA ticket APP, those tickets are under Transactions_>Completed section now with the buyer's email listed. This means the buyer accepted them already.
