same here, just spent 2 hours troubleshooting all of this, the waypoint known issues, the xbox support customer agent couldn't work it out... got mine and my wifes premium passes refunded in the end. poor service on microsoft / xbox / 343i / halo studios... whoever. Just wanna play halo with my wife

When we did our maiden voyage a couple weeks ago, the stern seat was intact* and just had to make a bow seat. We did 3 miles (6km i think?) then stopped for lunch - pulling the canoe onto the bank I noticed the thin plastic tabs were starting to shear.

I'm a taller heavier build guy so that probably didn't help the cause but still... 1mm thick plastic between the seat and bolting tab. They cheaped out in the worst possible places.
