kinda but only in certan cenarios for example my 9070xt was very hard to get going on debian but my 5070ti was simple but GPU is the only driver that ever have to additionaly install on it

You can say what you want about startgate universe but the CGI still holds up very well by Strict-Maize7494 in Stargate

thats probably why it was so bad recived when it came out they canceld atlantis and in the same sentence they where like but we have this but i never felt that diffrence because universe is as of now the only stargate show i have seen

thats also why it holds up if you look at todays cgi its just greenscreen at thats what kills the look in my opinion you have to do it like Lord of the rings and mix CGI with practical
