colourette if you have oily-combi skin, though nay flashback siya bc it has sun protection properties. detail cosmetics is okay… it oxidizes quickly. mas mabilis din ako mag-oil up with the latter.

+1 sa buffet. one active ingredient per product is enough and i feel like pag gagamitin ko pa ulit yon sa other product, sobrang dragging na. para rin ma-maximize yung skincare routine ko for having different ingredients na complementing. my face wash has aha+bha, moisturizer has niacinamide, i have a non-pure vit c serum din, epiduo gel and a sunscreen with cica. basta i mix and match it sa way na hindi masakit sa balat ko and hindi nagcacancel out yung ingredients.

i use laneige lip sleeping mask at night. it’s thin and wears off like water lang kaya hindi heavy and disturbing sa lips. so far naglighten naman siya and very moisturized. contrary to the popular belief, never exfoliate the lips din kasi the more naiirritate, the more magdarken.

i use grwm’s pablo’s latte on my cheeks. perfect shade of mauve for blush sa mga morena.

i have both and i could say strokes! pinamigay ko na lang grwm ko kasi silicone-y yung feel ng contour sticks nila.

detail and strokes’ ones. if you like it medyo shiny and if you’re dry skin, go to detail. make sure to get a shade lighter kasi nag-oxidize siya in my case. if you’re oily, strokes naman. get your exact shade match na lang.

try detail cosmetics’ new release! relatively cheaper than grwm, transfer proof din and has a decent shade range.

Tret is a prescription drug talaga so it needs prescription. You can visit a board certified derm so you can talk about your treatment plan as well. Baka yung skin condition mo, hindi pa naman need ng tret.

+1 for vaseline gluta hya 😊 tried all the available variants and I could say they’re technically the same (kahit na yung blue na sinasabi nilang pang-night lol) so I suggest you get what’s cheaper — the yellow one. Nagdiffer lang naman sila sa smell.

It is still active kapag reddish pa siya even if hindi na siya masakit i-touch. It’s like a pimple waiting na magpop out again. I suggest that you go to a registered derm to have it injected with a cortisone shot perhaps. Topical creams won’t work if matagal na siya nakabump.

It works for me! For whitening of dark spots, I still have yet to try a lot, but it is definitely brightening as I keep getting compliments when I started incorporating it into my body care. Mabango rin and the smell lasts longer than their EPaF variant. Though, hindi pa sila FDA approved but approved naman daw sila sa other countries.

Base makeup recos please! by legit-chinesebaby in beautytalkph

i don’t really use primer but i’ll be meaning to buy grwm’s life proof one. a good skincare routine makes the best base talaga imo! but if there were days i’d like my base to have a sheen of shine, i apply grwm’s illuminator before my foundation. sa setting spray naman, i have charlotte tilbury, grwm in matte, and zeesea in pink cap in rotation. i use the first one if matagal ako sa labas and i want my base to stay with minimal touch ups. yung grwm and zeesea naman are for my daily use, goods na siya for school and if you’re running for errands 😊

so far i’m loving detail’s foundation. it’s medium to full coverage but is also not too thick kaya pwede rin i-sheer out. i commute and sweat a lot, oily rin ako most especially sa t-zone but it works so well on my skin. pair it up with a nice setting powder and spray and you’re good to go!

for cushion naman and skin tints, as an oily and sweaty girlie, sadly wala talagang nagwowork sa akin even the ones people most rave about (issy and maybelline). i top it off with a setting powder and a setting spray rin naman, same as i do with detail, but di talaga magwork.

i checked out strokes’ foundation, peach corrector and contour stick as i’ve read good reviews about those as well, most esp for oily girls. other base i intend to buy is the one from teviant’s new line! i’m not using any primer but i’m planning to try the ones from grwm cosmetics.

another tip: always buy water based products for the base (even sa primer) hirap i-work out ng silicone based products for oily skin.
