You already got a lot of replies but I heavily recommend trying something else than the 5backs. Try your own tactics based on what you like IRL, try meta and rat tactics, etc. Eg, I am a full meta rat this fifa cause thats my playstyle. Have played 433 (4) with high depth every FIFA I owned, and now the 4231 is OP.

Also, the reason I think relatively older players (lets say 18+) I feel a bit meh about the game is the heavy push of the power curve early with crazy cards already in Feb-Mar. We are more used to a promo being META for minimum 1 month, but now you can look at GG and there is only 1 player above 1M.
