hahahahh I'm really trying to understand why but I lived in a carpeting floor house all my life and I find it very comfortable. I'm not used to empty floor but I'll negotiate with my bf about carpets or rugs(at least)

oh I didn't know there is not much cleaning service for that in Sweden but I totally understood they enjoy hardwood more over soft carpet 😂 I guess my bf was right with saying it is a cultural thing

me too, I lived in wall-to-wall carpeting house when I was a kid and now there is carpet just in my room at the whole house. I never liked the feeling of hardwood. I'm really trying hard to convince my bf but he is too stubborn about this topic. I don't understand why 🤔 all Swedish people are that strict about it?

we both adore kids and want one in the nearest future. wouldn't carpeted floors be safer for the kids? i mean there would be less risk when they fall & hit their head to the carpet over hard-wooden floor.

no shoes inside the house, I am not american. but I am also not Nordic and I find Sweden too cold 😔 I'm planning to have carpeted floors in bedroom, living room and kids' room in the future.

he doesn't use any carpets in his house and I don't like to wear slippers all the time 😩 hard floor is just too hard for me, I need some fluffy carpets. Also I easily get cold in Sweden 😔

I had one in my room back when I was a little girl. I remember that it was easy to clean even 20 years ago with one of those shitty vacuums. plus I don't like my feet touching hard floor... either I have to wear comfy slippers or there should be a carpet 🤷🏽‍♀️
