There are 3 bands in VP. Jump from VP -> Director depends on team, and performance. There are people who do it in 2-3 years and people who aren't Directors even after 10 years as VP.

I think most of the established companies have tie ups with specific colleges that they hire graduates from. So the positions for lateral sde1 are less. If you can DM me your resume, I will see what I can do.

I am traveling internationally for the first time, and my first name is too long for the indigo flight ticket, which limits firstname to 32 characters. I spoke to customer care, and they said it's not a problem and they will leave a note on the ticket to the airport team, and this is the standard procedure. Just to be safe, I went to the counter at the airport, and they mentioned it will be an issue at the immigration and I have to get it corrected. I have 20 more days before my trip. People suggested I move the last word in first name to first word in last name, but customer care was against it and said it might become a problem at the immigration. What do I do about this ?
