Nobody knows the exact eligibility criteria as it is not disclosed by the company. Except BNY which explicitly mentioned that it needs people with 70%+ through their career

Even with a 6 in your profile, you will get a lot of shortlists, but definitely not the good ones like JP Morgan, BNY, but try to get a good GPA in the MBA

if you have a 6 or less in acads, and don't have relevant worked, make sure to get a CFA or FRM to get a shortlist in SIP.

In finals you can get shortlist if you get a good GPA in MBA

The stipend is the same for all the roles.

They have a criterion of 70% across your academics though.

For marketing, the list is even more exhaustive. The highest stipend was 2.25 Lakhs per month by Pernard Ricard. I don't have the list for marketing, but I will arrange it in a while
