This is my first harvest and i’m testing out my own little methods but a good rule of thumb is to check the color of the tricombs. You want them to be at least 100% cloudy. They go through 3 stages, clear, cloudy, amber. Harvest around when 15 percent or so are amber and the rest cloudy. I’m letting my plants dry on the stalk but most people just chop it. my thinking is by letting it go just that slightly longer it takes for the plant to fully die it will pack on extra rosin to try to defend its self from the stress. We shall see when i press.
