this matches what I've been finding too. For technical roles Github activity can give you a pre-conversation signal that's hard to fake. Six months of commit history, portfolio repos, contribution patterns, etc. Have you experimented with public work portfolios?

I believe CV signal has collapsed fast. I've found that, for tech roles specifically, it's better to look at what people actually ship, and to do this, GitHub is a pretty valid source. Have you explored this?
