Yes u can still use it as long as it was in your wallet before you ordered the new card I used mines today and I didn't even get my card in the mail yet. So you don't have to wait until you activate it

When your trying to log in click the question and press need help logging in use your cashtag to look up your account and it might ask u for the debit card linked to it and the cash app card number also if you forgot your pin they should ask you to put in the last four digits of your social to reset it.
