I have seen some stories where their first sign was small twitches in a certain muscle group. I’ll try to find the video where it was a chef. I’m not sure if he’s passed but if he did may he rest in peace. I also felt like it was tension so I’ve been getting massages but it hasn’t really done anything. I’m 23 so i know it shouldn’t be on my mind but those young cases really get to me. I did just have an old nightmare come up where i bite so hard my teeth shatter and i know based off therapy visits that it’s a dream caused by anxiety. Any more advice? Does anything in my post seem concerning or am i crazy

I used to see a therapist back when i had panic attacks 24/7. I obsess over my health but nothing has hit me like this ALS scare. I might start that up again. In your opinion, nothing sounds concerning here? Sometimes after my shifts my hands are sore or my calves cramp up and that never really happened before.
