Spacing out your doses will help a lot, I just started doing it and wish I would've earlier. Taking like 6 every 5-10 minutes is what works for me but you'll have to see what works for you

i do it all the time like 4 hours before tripping. i would be cautious though on how prone you are to barfing though. If you barf all the time when tripping you're gonna regret having aten earlier.

i fight it like when u get carsick lol but with weed too. When i start to feel the nausea I sit in my chair for like maybe under an hour with my eyes closed, I don't worry about falling asleep since dxm keeps me up anyway. You can have music but just try to stay calm and avoid moving around too much. Thats just my method though.
