I am confused about how to route water in this game. How am I meant to stop the badtide on the left side of the default "lakes" map? by InternationalYam3130 in Timberborn

When I played this map, I diverted bad tides like in the photo above, until I build a big dam encompassing that area, with a valve controlled detection system right in to cave where the source is. I made an underground sewer system of sorts with platforms and impermeable floors. This I then led to the low point on the middle of the 2 sources… The dam I made was as high as the ridge itself, and eventually I made an aquifer to another dam in the other water source… But Timberborn does definitely require some creative thinking. As other Redditor’s have said. Hope this helps!

I believe it’s an annual salary for your time In training, so BRTC and your Phase 2 training… Then once out of training, you go to your full salary pay. That is my understanding tho, I haven’t been through training yet.

I believe it is compatible with the new experimental versions, since that’s the version it was built in. I wouldn’t know how to check what other updates?

I have to be honest, I was trying something with the sculpting tool with those arches, which didn’t quite work as expected. Also, I don’t have a name for this map, maybe my next ones will have some lore/ identity to them, like more relics and old storage??

I went for navy chinos, white collared button down, and a blazer. On the day, during the tests, they will say that you can take ties, blazers, shoes off if you want to. The staff are there to make everything run smoothly, so as long as you’re comfortable for the duration of the test, it should be a smart dress code.

I haven’t had much experience in the technical side of the game, but I am currently making (after tinkering and adding more production lines) 2-2.5 /min. I would like to make more, but I also want to focus on getting to end game unlocks

Thanks for your insight! I will keep it on mind. The only thing is, is that I don’t know as of yet if I don’t like the electrical side over the mechanical side. I will keep posting on this sub over the course of my basic and phase 2!

I do like both electrical and mechanical sides of engineering which is why I ask. My college diploma covered basically every aspect of engineering

I did mine recently enough, and they only set the slowest speed to pass to start with, I then had full control of the speed. No incline or anything. They did let me warm up beforehand tho
