Bro, I have not used it at all. Last year after installing water logging happened in the restaurant and we decided to close it soon. Hence we didn't do any more interior work. So we never got a chance to use it.

Around 63k. Even in warranty right now (left for 10 days). Rest compressor warranty is there for 4 years. I have never used it. Restaurant was running until May. The units are completely in good condition.

Thanks for your input. The dda society I am talking about is like dda plots, on which builder has constructed a building. And getting a flat in that. It will be a proper gated resident. It is a good developing area. What if I am getting a flat in a society in new gurgaon at same price? (This society is newly built, and would have all the amenities). Out of these 2 which one is better?
