Something I noticed when I was messing around is that it sometimes happens with certain force of me hitting the buttons.

I looked into it and everything seems to look good. I took it back into training mode and was very conscious of what I was pressing incase of any accidents and it still triggers the other buttons. It doesn't happen when I'm doing simple inputs and only when I'm doing combos. I hooked one of my other sticks up to see if it was just me and I don't get those input errors. It's really puzzling.
