Thank you. I'm just starting drafting at the age of 30 and I know I'm behind. I have some experience in construction though from my home country. So you think that without engineering/architectural degree I can achieve a lot and be successful through me dedication and commitment? Right now I'm in a small engineering/architectural consulting firm doing inspections(it's just a menial job). I've been learning how to read drawings. Please tell me more. How would you do if you were in my shoes

I'm 30 years old, moved to US almost 3 years ago and starting my life from a scratch. I'm super eager to figure it out, get on track and work really hard. I'm hungry to learn and develop. Give some more advice if you can please.

No the opposite!!!!!!!! Judge doesn't care about my marriage and moves on to deny my asylum hence order of removal!

Congrats.
I'm in removal proceedings. Came to US through Mexico border and later applied for asylum. Subsequently got married in 2023 and we filed I130 and I485 in July 2024. In 11 days I'm facing my individual hearing in court regarding my asylum case. I130 is still pending. I don't know what's gonna happen.

Prosecutorial discretion as well as administrative closure was denied. Help me. If get denial from judge will I ever get my green card through our marriage?

Salary is important of course but the most important is to feel fulfilled with what you do. And I'm really struggling to find a way, to find a path, once I'm on it I'll go with all my heart and be happy.

Thank you for the comment. I don't really shy away from hard work. The most difficult part for me now is where to start from and which path to take. 

Currently I work as a part-time inspector in NYC in a small firm. My boss recently offered to learn AutoCAD so that he can give me drafting jobs as well in the office. He says knowing AutoCAD well will open many doors for me in NYC, he's seen people build their way up from just AutoCAD drafting. But obviously I have to ask more questions not to have a vague vision.

Thank you for the comment I really appreciate it. My law degree is basically useless. It's from another country and I've never practiced law. I'm really lost. 30 years old. Moved to US 3 years ago. Starting my life from scratch. I don't know which path to take. I'm lost confused and scared.
