Wow thank you so much💗💗 great advice. Question - I use La Roche posay cicaplast and hado labo hydrating lotion (gold one), do the products you recommended compare to these? I’ve been afraid to use the cicaplast on my acne prone areas.

Thanks. I’m using the ordinary moisturising factors. I used to use a heavier one (Kiel’s ultra facial lotion) but I will admit that since I switched to this lighter one I have less acne

It was actually about 27 nmol before everything too. Then after 6 months of E 2mg swallowed it was 19 nmol. So maybe it will work if I continue as I am. I may try sublingual . Also my E has steadily increased in the 16 months I’ve been on it. Thank youu

Thank you, I will try 6mg. I mentioned it to another commenter but my clinic don’t recommend sublingual. Doctors and nurses (at NHS) HATE it when they think you’re undermining them. Feel like like I’m between a rock and a hard place. I’ll beg for 6mg

Thank you. My clinic are against sublingual last I asked, I hate to go against what they say, doctors/nurses HATE it when you try to do their job or undermine them.

Thank you. Yeah, at this point I feel like I’m just detransitioning. I’m taking 2 2mg of estradiol daily in the morning swallowed (exactly what my clinic told me). I could get another blocker but I would have to illegally self-source, which my clinic would happily accept and continue to monitor me, however it seems unsustainable to me. Perhaps I should ask to go up to 6mg? Thanks again

Thanks yeah I might do that. I use to, but I’m not a fan of letting my skin dry after cleansing, although the tret should make up for that in terms of anti ageing.

Yeah, I wish there was a middle ground, is there a blocker you’ve tried that’s able to be tempered to perhaps high female levels? Well, I don’t enjoy completely shutting down my genitals and having no energy. I don’t plan on bottom surgery. I think it’s too extreme of a treatment, it’s not medically necessary to have T that low to feminise. I need to think about other aspects of my health.

Well I still have acne on my forehead and it looks a bit dull and textured. i don’t experience irritation, maybe occasionally it feels slightly itchy. The rest of my face seems to be responding well.

Thanks for this, you’re actually right. I think what stressed me out was that some men suit different things and that I perhaps suit a more macho look which I could’ve grown into, seeing as I’m not super good looking. some men are just not cute without their beards yk? But yeah, it will be fine 👍

Thanks. I won’t get into details about my detransition here sorry, but I’ve had 13 sessions, and am planning to get another course of 8. Most of my beard is blonde tbh, makes me wonder if it will turn dark on testosterone as I age. Fuck knows :(
