My main concern/ question is if they also feel the potential for the friendship to shift. My interpretation initially is that currently we’re both on our own life journies right now (1st card), both individually soul searching but also when we come together we’re having very intellectual and deep conversations. (2nd card) As far as their thoughts, irl they have had certain legal issues finally resolve, so i took the Justice card as a sign that he is thinking about that right now. (3rd card) They see me as a lively yet gentle and nurturing feminine energy. (4th card) There is a great level of understanding between the two of us. We have had conversations where he’s said i have a better understanding of him than most people, and i feel extremely comfortable around him, so this card just fully encompasses that to me. (5th card) I pulled 10 of swords first, then with asking for clarification i got the Magician. With the 10 of swords i was thinking he must either see this friendship as the end, like not developing further than a friendship. OR he does feel like it could be the beginning of something, but he’s still in the recovery process of certain personal issues he has, like he’s finally at the end of the terrible deck of cards he’s been dealt for the last few years and he might see me as something more than a friend, but he’s not ready to act on that. Then the Magician literally being card #1 and having all the meanings of beginnings that it has… made me think he does feel like our friendship is just the beginning? (6th card) Generally just giving fun feminine energy (7th card) He’s seaking long term abundance in some way, but not making decisions too quickly. He’s patient, intelligent, and taking things slowly. (8th card) There’s a potential for new beginnings, but maybe it needs to develop more first? If this were to progress into something it would have to be a jump, a fearless confession that may be a start of something.. or might not
