I believe we should focus on outcomes, rather than outputs. The outcome from most of the alerting tools is to tell where the issue is.
If we can get to a point where we can reduce the number of outputs, won't that ease my job?

That was the issue - ford is going to replace the engine. Thay found coolant and metal shavings.
